12. integration of third-party services and content
Third-party content, such as RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, may be integrated into this online offering. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") are aware of the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the respective user's browser. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers store the IP address, for example for statistical purposes. Insofar as we are aware of this, we will inform users accordingly.
(1) We have taken technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. All of our employees and all third parties involved in data processing are obliged to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and to handle personal data confidentially.
(2) If personal data is collected and processed, the information is transmitted in encrypted form in order to prevent misuse of the data by third parties. Our security measures are continuously revised in line with technological developments.
(3) This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
(4) We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
(1) We reserve the right to change our security and data protection measures if this becomes necessary due to technical developments. In such cases, we will also adapt our data protection information accordingly. Please therefore note the current version of our data protection information.
(1) If you use external links that are offered on our website, this data protection notice does not extend to these links. If we offer links, we endeavor to ensure that these also comply with our data protection and security standards. However, we have no influence on compliance with data protection and security regulations by other providers. Therefore, please also inform yourself on the websites of the other providers about the data protection declarations provided there.
(1) If you have any further questions about our information on data protection and the processing of your personal data, you can contact our data protection officer Mr. Thomas Jundel, mc-Technik Dienstleistungs- und Consulting GmbH, Marienthaler Str. 24, 24340 Eckernförde; datenschutz@mc-technik.de, phone: 04351 73210.
